欢迎使用 X Do 应用（以下简称"本应用"）。我们高度重视您的隐私。本隐私政策旨在说明当您使用本应用时，我们会访问哪些信息、访问的原因以及我们如何处理这些信息。请注意，本应用无需注册，我们不收集您的电子邮件地址或任何其他可以直接识别您个人身份的信息。

我们访问的数据类型

为了提供核心功能，本应用可能会请求访问您设备上的以下信息或功能：

Introduction

Welcome to the X Do app ("the App"). We highly value your privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain what information we access, why we access it, and how we handle that information when you use the App. Please note that this App does not require registration, and we do not collect your email address or any other information that directly identifies you personally.

Types of Data We Access

To provide core functionality, the App may request access to the following information or features on your device:

  • Photo Library
  • Microphone
  • Location Services (When In Use Only)
  • iCloud Drive

"Access" means the App requires your permission to use these device features or storage, but it does not necessarily mean we collect or store this data on our servers.

Purpose of Data Access

We request access to the data or features listed above for the following purposes:

  • Photo Library: We need photo library access to allow you to **select photos to document triggers or save images related to triggers generated within the app to your library**.
  • Microphone: We need microphone access to allow you to **record voice descriptions of triggers**.
  • Location Services (When In Use Only): We need access to your location information (only while the app is active in the foreground) to **record the location where a trigger occurred**, helping you better understand the context of your triggers. We do not track your location in the background.
  • iCloud Drive: If you choose to enable it, the App uses your iCloud Drive to securely **back up and sync the data you create within the App (such as trigger records)**. This allows you to restore or access your data on other devices logged into the same iCloud account. Data syncing and storage are handled by Apple's iCloud service.

How We Use and Process Data

Data generated or accessed via the camera, microphone, photo library, or location services is primarily processed locally on your device. **The App does not upload this raw data (like photos, audio recordings, precise locations) to our servers.** We do not use this data to track you, nor do we share it with any third-party advertisers or data analytics companies.

For the iCloud backup feature, your app data is transferred and stored encrypted according to your iCloud settings. This process is controlled by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot access the specific content of your data stored in iCloud.

User Consent and Control

The App will only access any of the permissions listed above after obtaining your explicit consent. The system will prompt you for authorization the first time you use a feature requiring the relevant permission. You can review, manage, or revoke permissions granted to the App at any time through your device's "Settings" application.

Please note that revoking certain permissions may cause some features of the App to function improperly or become unavailable.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions and utilize security features provided by the iOS operating system to help protect the security of the information stored on your device. For data backed up to iCloud, its security is ensured by Apple's iCloud services.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notification or when you update the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for the latest information.
