通过下载、安装或使用 HypeRecord 应用（以下简称"本应用"），您同意受本使用条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请不要使用本应用。

应用描述

HypeRecord 是一款专业的 iOS 屏幕录制应用，提供高质量的屏幕录制功能，包括但不限于：

  • 屏幕录制和音频录制
  • 视频编辑和水印功能
  • 多种录制参数设置
  • 循环录制功能

许可证

我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的许可证，仅供您个人、非商业使用本应用。您不得：

  • 复制、修改、分发、销售或出租本应用
  • 对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
  • 移除或修改本应用中的任何版权或其他所有权声明

订阅服务

本应用提供自动续订订阅服务：

  • 月度订阅：每月自动续订
  • 年度订阅：每年自动续订
  • 终身订阅：一次性付费，永久使用

订阅价格将在购买确认时显示。订阅将自动续订，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时关闭自动续订。您可以在 App Store 账户设置中管理订阅和关闭自动续订。

退款政策

所有购买均通过 Apple App Store 处理。退款请求应直接向 Apple 提出，并受 Apple 的退款政策约束。我们无法直接处理退款请求。

用户行为

您同意不会：

  • 使用本应用录制受版权保护的内容而不获得适当许可
  • 录制他人的私人信息而不获得同意
  • 将录制的内容用于非法目的
  • 违反任何适用的法律法规

免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证应用将无错误、不间断或满足您的特定需求。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。

条款变更

我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。重大变更将通过应用内通知或应用更新时告知您。继续使用应用即表示您接受修改后的条款。

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HypeRecord app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

App Description

HypeRecord is a professional iOS screen recording application that provides high-quality screen recording functionality, including but not limited to:

  • Screen recording and audio recording
  • Video editing and watermark features
  • Multiple recording parameter settings
  • Loop recording functionality

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or modify any copyright or other proprietary notices in the App

Subscription Services

The App offers auto-renewable subscription services:

  • Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews monthly
  • Annual Subscription: Auto-renews annually
  • Lifetime Subscription: One-time payment for permanent use

Subscription prices will be displayed at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests should be made directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We cannot directly process refund requests.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to record copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Record others' private information without consent
  • Use recorded content for illegal purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or when you update the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
